Not Grafton-specific, but just letting you know – Ratepayers groups from all around New Zealand are being invited to a 2 day conference in Nelson on 10 & 11th of November 2018 to establish a National Ratepayer organisation with a charter and a mandate to represent the interests of the ratepaying community at every decision-making level.
